About the Role
WEB Construction specializes in concrete and we do most of it ourselves. We’re a
hands-on team that takes pride in our craft, and we’re looking for motivated individuals
ready to get to work. Experience required. Se habla español / bilingual a plus
What You’ll Be Doing
- Concrete pouring, forming, finishing, and related site work
- Working as part of a close-knit, skilled crew
- Assisting with all phases of concrete construction projects
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to perform physical, outdoor work
- Reliable, ready to show up Monday through Friday
- No special education required
- Prior concrete or construction experience required

Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays

Location: Mankato and Southern Minnesota region
Pay Rate: $23-38+ depending on experience
