As a Project Manager with WOW you will lead the end-to-end execution of various digital solutions. This client-facing role works closely with internal marketing, creative and development teams to support efficient, on-time, and on-budget delivery of projects. Project work could include, but is not limited to, discovery and development of custom websites and e-commerce solutions, website maintenance, email marketing, media and various website optimizations.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Create project timelines, manage budget and scope.

Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Communicate project status and updates to clients and internal leadership regularly.
- Maintain project documentation and weekly burn reports.
Manage project resourcing and weekly allocations throughout the project life-cycle.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of Digital Marketing/Technical Project Management to include experience with web development, digital marketing and/or eCommerce required.
- Agency or consultancy experience preferred but not required.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Excellent problem-solving skills to efficiently resolve day-to-day project challenges.
- Ability to engage with all levels of project stakeholders.
- Strong working knowledge of Confluence, Jira, Smartsheet, PowerPoint and Excel.

General understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and think and act intentionally while under pressure.
- Experience managing onshore and offshore/nearshore team combinations is a plus.

PMP, CSM, or similar certification is a plus.
