Sales Development Representative (SDR) — Commercial Cleaning

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an outbound, in-person sales role. You'll be the front edge of Wingfoot's next chapter:
- Generate leads: identify and connect with potential commercial clients through in-person outreach, prospecting, and relationship building
- Book walk-throughs: turn conversations into scheduled building inspections and walk-through appointments — the moments where deals actually begin
- Manage the pipeline: keep our CRM sharp with current lists, active leads, follow-ups, and next steps
- Own your territory: the Salt Lake Valley is yours, with a company vehicle to get you in front of decision-makers across it
Your success is measured by two numbers: leads generated and walk-throughs booked. Simple to measure. Simple to win.
COMPENSATION AND PERKS
- $2,000/month base pay (part-time)
- Commission on the first month's payment of every contract you help close (commissions are one-time per contract, not residual)

REQUIREMENTS
- Previous sales experience of some kind (retail, door-to-door, phone, B2B — any real selling counts)
- Ambition and work ethic — you do the work, not just talk about it
- Integrity — you keep your word
- Kindness — you make people glad they talked to you
- Comfortable with in-person outreach and organized enough to manage a CRM
- Valid driver's license (company vehicle provided)
