Full Job Description

We are seeking a sales representative for Lamello joinery products and Striebig vertical panel saws for the South Central United States. If you have at least basic woodworking skills, the right attitude and work ethic, and are looking to sell a product and brand you can be proud of – we are hiring! Opportunity to travel and work with some of the country’s best woodworking companies. Salary plus commission, full benefits package available.

Home Office job preferably based in TX, MO, KS, OK, or LA.

Job Summary
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing dealers. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer service. Aptitude with power tools for live demonstration purposes is preferred (or can be trained). Understanding of dealer distribution channels is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the designated territory. Requires monthly travel away from home for one week at a time, in addition to local sales calls close to home.
When not traveling, work and collaboration will continue remotely.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and visits. Includes providing technical support.
Present and promote Lamello and Striebig product lines to potential and existing customers.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Learn and proficiently use our database, ERP and CRM systems.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Attend trade shows and other sales-related events to promote the company and generate leads.

Minimum Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant education or experience is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years of related industry experience (e.g., cabinetry, architectural woodworking, sales, dealer distribution channel).
Proven track record of success in outside sales, either as a sales professional or in sales as a woodshop owner or employee.
Willingness and ability to travel for weeklong overnight trips.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
