The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing draw requests promptly while delivering excellent customer service, recommending process improvements, and helping to promote a best-in-class post-closing experience.
Job Summary
The Construction Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of construction projects by managing administrative tasks and ensuring effective communication between project teams and clients. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining project documentation, assisting with data entry, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Balancing with accounting after closing
- Each closed loan, except for small renovation projects, is input into getbuilt.com for draw and accounting management.
- Following up on closed loans to ensure timelines are met for completion
- Requesting a physical inspection from Trinity
- Approving the draw request
- Managing all drawing documentation when required and processing draw requests
- Requesting a check or wire from the warehouse (construction to perm) or accounting (renovation escrow)
- Gathering required documentation for government loans throughout the drawing process
- Working on close-out of Construction and Renovation loans
- FHA Connection (203K)
- Client Recourse removal (Client)
- Construction Conversion to Permanent & Cenlar roll over process
- Communication with the branch and title for the construction mod/conversion
Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent degree/experience.
- 1+ years’ experience with FHA Connection (203K) and FNMA Recourse removal.
- Great written/verbal communication experience.
- Experience in mortgage processing, closing, post-closing, construction loans, or draw administration preferred.
Pay Rate Range: $48,000 - $60,000 per year
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
