Full Job Description

Overview
We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, w e have a Real Estate Title Closer opportunity available with a busy and well-established Title Company for their Boynton Beach, FL location.

Full Time: Monday - Friday (In the Office / Not Remote)

Skills & Responsibilities:

Ability to handle a file from Sales Contract through Processing and preparing the Closing Disclosure/HUD.
Contact appropriate parties to gather documents and clear title issues when necessary to assist the processing team.
Reviewing and clearing liens, judgments, and other requirements on title commitments and lender closing instructions for compliance status.
Ordering, reviewing and disclosing matters on surveys, pest inspections, insurance certificates, sales contracts etc.
Responsible for preparing the final Closing Disclosure/HUD & package.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in a Title position handling Processing and Closing.

Preferred qualifications:

Qualia Software
Bilingual/Spanish
FL Title Agent License
FL Notary
