Compensation

Year 1: $85K – $125K expected earnings
Year 2–3: $200K – $300K+ potential
Base salary + aggressive commission structure
Monthly commission payouts
Full expense reimbursement (gas, tolls, travel) and auto allowance
401(k) with company match

What You’ll Do

Take ownership of your assigned territory and customer base
Build relationships with lab managers, researchers, and procurement teams
Prospect, cold call, and close new business
Grow existing accounts and drive repeat revenue
Present products and solutions in person and virtually
Manage pipeline and track opportunities
Provide accurate quotes and negotiate pricing

Job Requirements

Preferred (not required):

Bachelor’s degree (science-related field is a plus)

Outside sales experience or familiarity with laboratory environments
