We’re currently seeking a full-time Machine Bindery/Digital Press Operator to join our detail-oriented, quality-focused team. This position works on a wide range of jobs and machines, from digital presses to the full lineup of bindery and finishing equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and run digital presses, monitoring print quality and making color and registration adjustments as needed
- Operate cutters, folders, saddle binders, and other bindery and finishing equipment
- Inspect work throughout the run to ensure it meets quality standards, making adjustments to maintain consistency
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment — cleaning, lubricating, and minor adjustments — and report mechanical issues promptly
- Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area and follow all safety procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Excellent mechanical ability
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for 10+ hours
- A quality-focused, customer-first work ethic
- Previous experience in printing a plus
Schedule:
Second shift, Monday–Thursday, 2:30 p.m. – 12:30 a.m. (four 10-hour days)
