Full Job Description

This position is the lead in a two man crew to install HVAC systems. Must know and utilize best practices (soldering, wiring, ducting, etc), have a great attitude, be a good communicator to customers and coworkers, be able to effectively give and receive direction, work as part of a team, and have an eye for a good looking and clean installation.

Additional spiffs are provided above and beyond hourly pay for jobs that pass a permit inspection (the first time) and do not have callbacks within 90 days.

* $1,500 sign on bonus

* $500 - $1,000 in tool allowance annually

* Additional $$ spiffs provided for passing first permit inspection and no call backs

* Reimbursement for using personal phone

* Safety toe boots provided annually

* Paid time off (experience technicians start with 2 weeks)

* 401K with company matching available after 1 year

* $1,500 in GAP insurance to cover out of pocket medical expenses
