As Head Technician, you will play a key role in leading our field technical operations across North America. You will ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and consistency in equipment installations while developing best practices and supporting the growth of our technician network.
Lead and perform gymnastics equipment installations at customer sites and sporting events across North America.
Develop standardized truck loading procedures, including inventory lists, loading sequences, and visual documentation.
Create and maintain field setup standards, equipment checklists, technical documentation, and installation guides.
Recruit, train, coach, and assess technicians and office staff on loading procedures and field installation standards.
Develop and maintain a network of qualified independent technicians to support field operations.
Conduct inspections of existing installations to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, technical documentation, and installation processes.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Strong hands-on technical experience in field service, equipment installation, construction, mechanical assembly, or a related field.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop technical teams.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
Comfortable using digital tools and maintaining technical documentation.
Willingness to travel extensively across North America and work flexible hours when required.
Valid driver's license.
