Job Description

Title: Physician Consultant (MD)– AI Product Development & Testing.

Location: Remote

Weekly: 10-15hrs

Total Headcount is close to 50+ roles.

OPENINGS IN – Otolaryngology (ENT) / Addiction Medicine / Orthopaedics

Overview:
We are seeking US-based licensed physicians and advanced practice providers to support product development and testing for a leading healthcare AI team.

In this role, you will provide detailed, clinically informed feedback to help enhance AI-driven clinical tools and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in testing of AI tools within simulated or real clinical workflows
Review and evaluate generated clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and relevance
Provide structured, actionable feedback on performance, usability, and clinical value
Identify errors, gaps, and potential clinical risks in outputs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product refinement

Qualifications:

MD, Fellow, NP, or PA with relevant clinical experience
Active clinical practice
Strong understanding of clinical documentation standards and workflows
Experience with EHR systems; familiarity with ambient AI tools is a plus
Demonstrated interest in healthcare technology and motivation to improve AI-driven medical tools
Ability to provide clear, detailed written feedback

Additional Details:

Flexible, project-based engagement (10-15 hours a week)
Remote participation

In addition to the qualifications already provided, the strongest candidates tend to demonstrate the following:

Active interest in and enthusiasm for AI-driven solutions in healthcare.
Hands-on experience using, reviewing, or evaluating ambient AI tools or AI-generated clinical notes.
Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate their thoughts and observations.
A critical eye for workflow and usability issues, with the ability to identify what works well and what could be improved.
Comfort providing detailed, constructive feedback on clinical documentation, note structure, workflow integration, and physician usability.
Willingness to engage in discussions about how AI outputs can be improved to better support real-world clinical practice.

In short, we are looking not only for clinicians with the right specialty background, but also for individuals who are thoughtful users of healthcare technology and can provide actionable feedback to help improve AI-powered clinical documentation tools.

Pay: $90.00 - $100.00 per hour
