Full Job Description

Clinical Therapist

Pacha Counseling Services, LLC (PCSLLC) is a private behavioral health practice serving children, families, individuals and couples on Albuquerque's west side. PCS LLC Providers are of diverse backgrounds and specialize in serving clients of multicultural and multiracial backgrounds. PCS LLC is seeking LMSW, LCSW, and LPCC Therapists to conduct evaluations, treatment planning and therapy sessions ranging from 30-minutes to 60 minutes.

Qualified providers serve clients from our state-of-the-art telehealth and traditional counseling facility. A home office is not required for the role. PCS LLC counseling offices are clean and spacious, well-ventilated, regularly cleaned and sanitized, professionally-decorated, and allow safe and comfortable distance between Therapist and Client(s). Compensation rates for qualified providers are competitive within greater Albuquerque and New Mexico on the whole. All rendered services require paperwork submission via user-friendly web-based EMR system. Employees are paid bi-monthly (twice per month). Contracted providers are paid within 30 days of invoice regardless of insurance reimbursement. PCS LLC never "backcharges" contractors for unpaid claims.

100% telehealth options available for specific clients. English and Spanish speaking candidates preferred. PCS LLC support staff are well-trained to support both Clients and Therapists and are fully bilingual (English/Spanish). All selected candidates are encouraged to consult via telephone with current Pacha Counseling Services Providers such that they may gain authentic insight as to our unique practice philosophy designed to restore dignity to both Clients and Providers.

Clinical Therapist Role, Pacha Counseling Services

Full-time Salaried or Contracted.

Criminal background check/CYFD fingerprinting required.

Complete hiring process including provider enrollment may take from 30 to 60 days. Independent consulting hours available during wait period. Official start date coincides with initial provider enrollment date.

Therapist is responsible for determining an individual’s eligibility for Pacha Counseling Services, making diagnosis, creating, implementing and overseeing treatment planning, providing therapy to the individual and/or their families and determining the individual’s readiness for discharge from the program. Therapist reports directly to Clinical Director and works closely with Support Staff.

Minimum Required Sessions Per Week: 28

Minimum Required Session Schedule: Available Work Hours M-F 9AM-8PM, Sat 10AM-4PM

Minimum Required Work Experience:

Mental Health: 1-2 years

Experience with trauma

Licensing Requirements for Independently Licensed Roles:

Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Non-Independently Licensed Roles are available under established clinical supervision program.

Compensation:

Full-time Salary of $65,000 to $95,000 or Part-time Contracted at hourly rate of $45-$70.00 commensurate with skill set and independent license.
