In this role, you'll install, inspect, test, troubleshoot, and service commercial fire alarm systems while working directly with customers, contractors, and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs).

How You'll Make an Impact
- Install, inspect, test, service, and repair commercial fire alarm and life safety systems in accordance with NFPA standards and applicable codes.
- Program, configure, diagnose, and troubleshoot a variety of commercial fire alarm systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, engineered drawings, and technical documentation.
- Install conduit and perform installations with quality workmanship and attention to detail.
- Identify code deficiencies, system impairments, and recommend corrective actions.
- Perform system pre-testing and coordinate rough and final inspections with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs).
- Complete service calls while providing exceptional customer service and communication.
- Prepare inspection reports, work orders, records of completion, and other required documentation.
- Train customers on the operation of fire alarm and related life safety systems.
- Maintain manufacturer certifications and participate in ongoing technical training.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support after-hours emergency service.
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle, tools, and inventory.
- Partner with customers, contractors, inspectors, and coworkers to deliver reliable life safety solutions.

Background & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial fire alarm installation, inspection, testing, and service experience.
- NICET Level II Certification required.
- CSA Denver License required.
- Working knowledge of NFPA 72 and applicable fire, building, and electrical codes.
- Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and engineered drawings.
- Experience programming and troubleshooting commercial fire alarm systems.

Compensation
Pay Range: $35.00–$44.00 per hour. Starting pay is based on experience, certifications, licenses, technical expertise, and overall qualifications.

This is a full-time, onsite field position serving commercial customers throughout the Colorado region.
