Job Description:

Hormone Replacement and Lifestyle Medicine Physician Assistant. We are seeking an enthusiastic and patient-focused PA who is ready to step outside the traditional "sick care" model and embrace true health optimization. In this role, you will provide primary care and preventative health services, focusing on bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), GLP-1 injections, and medical weight loss management. Our company is a physician-led metabolic health clinic that builds clinically guided, sustainable plans around each patient's unique biology, offering advanced testing, fitness science integration, IV hydration, and aesthetics. This position involves a flexible, full-time weekday schedule with minimal weekend requirements. Job Type: This is a W2 employed, Full-Time position with benefits

Qualifications:

License as a Physician Assistant in Maryland
Experience in family practice, primary care, or preventative health strongly preferred
A genuine passion for holistic, alternative, and out-of-the-box approaches to healthcare
Excellent communication and customer service skills
We value relevant experience and we are willing to train the right candidate including providing Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy certification (BHRT)

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

Strong salary based on experience: $125,000-$155,000+
Monthly Bonuses!
401(k) retirement plan with a 4% company match
Health insurance premium contribution (split 50% or first $500 covered)
Paid time off (PTO)
Full coverage for required certifications and CME, including specialized BHRT certification pathways

Schedule: Full-time preferred. Willing to consider customized schedule for the right candidate.

Our office hours are:

Monday and Wednesday - 8am-5pm

Tuesday and Thursday - 8am-6pm

Friday 8am-3pm

Location: Frederick, MD 21704 - Located in Frederick, Maryland.
