Job Summary
We are hiring a Salaried Account Executive/Inside Sales Representative for a direct hire opportunity in Bellevue, WA. This full-time, on-site role is a great fit for a motivated sales or customer service professional who enjoys building relationships, communicating with customers, and supporting new account development in the food and beverage production industry.
This position offers a strong path for long-term career growth with a stable, growing sales team. Candidates will receive formal training, work closely with supportive leadership and collaborative internal teams, and have the opportunity to connect with customers, distributors, and industry professionals across North America. With a straight salary structure, no commission pressure, company-paid travel, and overtime opportunities while traveling, this role provides a balanced and structured sales environment focused on relationship building and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers throughout the U.S. and Canada.
- Conduct outbound calls, follow-up calls, and email communication to support sales activity and account development.
- Prepare accurate customer quotes, pricing proposals, product information, and follow-up details.
- Answer product questions, coordinate demonstrations and shipments, and provide responsive customer support.
- Maintain accurate customer records, activity logs, and sales follow-up notes.
- Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events throughout North America as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range of $50,000 to $62,000 per year.
