Aras Fine Rug Cleaning & Restoration is a family-owned business that has proudly served the Main Line and surrounding communities since 1976. We specialize in fine rug cleaning, restoration, repair, and exceptional customer service.
We are seeking an experienced, professional, and highly organized Office Manager / Customer Service Manager to join our team full-time. This position is ideal for someone with prior office management or customer service experience seeking a stable, long-term opportunity with a well-established local business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Schedule rug pickups, deliveries, cleaning services, and repair appointments
- Prepare invoices, process payments, and assist with accounts receivable
- Maintain accurate customer records, files, and databases
- Coordinate schedules with technicians, drivers, and management
- Follow up with customers regarding estimates, service updates, and completed work
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Utilize Markate CRM and Field Service Management software to manage customer records, scheduling, estimates, work orders, invoicing, payments, and customer communications
- Ensure exceptional customer service and professionalism at all times
- Assist ownership with special projects and business operations as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in office management, customer service management, administration, scheduling, or a similar professional role
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, and business software
- Experience with CRM, scheduling, dispatching, invoicing, or customer management software preferred
- Experience with Markate or similar Field Service Management (FSM) and CRM software is strongly preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record
- Ideal candidates live in or near Malvern, West Chester, Downingtown, Exton, Paoli, Phoenixville, or surrounding communities and can reliably commute to our office daily
- Local candidates will be given preference

COMPENSATION
