Full Job Description

Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Remote Clinical Assessment BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst), where you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality behavioral health services to individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and support clients and their families through evidence-based interventions. Your expertise will help improve patient outcomes while working in a flexible, supportive environment dedicated to making a meaningful difference in people's lives.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough behavioral psychological assessments and functional assessments to identify client needs and strengths
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
Perform diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments for individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities
Collect and analyze data meticulously to track progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including special education professionals, medical providers, and caregivers, to ensure comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate medical documentation, medical records, and HIPAA-compliant records for all clients
Provide training and support to families and caregivers on behavioral strategies and intervention techniques

Requirements

Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent credential
Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or neurodevelopmental disorders
Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy, and functional assessment methods
Experience conducting behavioral health assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and intake procedures
Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and HIPAA regulations governing patient privacy
Home-based behavioral experience is highly preferred, along with skills in data collection and medical record management
Excellent communication skills for working effectively with children, families, healthcare teams, and educational professionals
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple cases efficiently
