Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President, Portfolio Manager to lead our investment management team in developing and executing sophisticated asset strategies across diverse real estate and financial markets. Develop and implement investment strategies that maximize portfolio growth while mitigating risks associated with financial markets.

Maintain deep knowledge of financial markets, economic indicators, and real estate financial market dynamics to inform proactive investment moves.
Collaborate with internal teams such as research, asset management, and client services to deliver comprehensive investment solutions.

Qualifications

Proven experience in financial services with a focus on asset management or portfolio management roles.
Strong expertise in financial model development, quantitative analysis, and interpretation of financial statements.
Demonstrated knowledge of real estate analysis combined with real estate financial market experience.
Proficiency in financial software platforms used for modeling, analysis, and reporting purposes.
Solid understanding of key financial concepts including valuation techniques, risk assessment, and market analysis.
Background in investment banking or related fields is highly desirable.
Excellent math skills with the ability to perform complex quantitative analysis efficiently.
Effective leadership skills with experience managing analytical teams or portfolios.
Strong communication skills for presenting insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
