Full Job Description

Job Description

We are seeking a personable and detail-oriented Client Services Team Manager to proactively support the Branch Manager and assist with efficient and high-quality client service. As a Client Services Team Manager at North Atlantic Investment Partners, you will coordinate and perform a range of support and operational duties.

Duties include:

Assisting the Branch Manager and Financial Advisors with client service, ad hoc requests and marketing efforts
Preparing reports by performing basic information gathering and analysis as directed
Establishing, maintaining and updating staff and client and compliance files, databases, records and/or other documents
Oversight of social media accounts and creation & distribution of mass client communications
Calendar managagement, scheduling and coordinating meetings, events, interviews and appointments
Preparing, processing and following up on client documentation for proper opening and maintenance of client accounts
Providing office management, including procurement, vendor management, answering telephones, maintaining office files and assisting office visitors

Requirements:

Bachelors degree
10 years experience in financial services industry
Series 7 Licensed
Experience using related technology, software planning tools and presentations
Working knowledge of investment concepts, practices and procedures used in the securities industry
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and follow instructions and adhere to deadlines
Ability to closely monitor details and ensure that reports, correspondence and databases are accurate
Sufficient mathematics ability to process account and transaction information
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
