Our client, a growing professional services firm, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator & Office Operations Associate to enhance both talent acquisition efforts and day-to-day office operations. This role blends high-volume interview coordination, candidate engagement, and office management, while also providing light administrative support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of administrative, office operations, or recruiting coordination experience, along with strong scheduling and organizational skills in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating high-volume interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders; maintaining applicant tracking systems and ensuring data accuracy; managing candidate communications and onboarding logistics; overseeing office operations including vendor coordination, supplies, and facilities; supporting meeting logistics, events, and leadership visits; handling expense reporting and administrative tasks; and providing backup calendar and travel support for executives as needed.

The ideal candidate possesses strong calendar management and scheduling expertise; excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional presence; ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment; a service-oriented, "no task too small" mindset; experience supporting office operations or recruiting processes; and high attention to detail with sound judgment handling sensitive information.
