Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Site Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. This role demands a proactive leader who can coordinate all aspects of construction activities, ensure safety compliance, manage budgets, and deliver high-quality results on time. As the pivotal point of contact on-site, you will drive project success by supervising teams, managing subcontractors, and maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and technical reading will ensure seamless execution of complex projects while adhering to safety standards and quality benchmarks.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily site operations, ensuring all activities align with project plans, schedules, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow and timely deliveries.
- Oversee project scheduling using tools like Primavera P6 and Construction management software to track progress and adjust plans proactively.
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimating, tracking expenses, and controlling resources to maximize efficiency.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to verify accuracy and guide on-site activities effectively.
- Enforce OSHA standards and conduct regular safety audits to maintain a secure work environment for all personnel.
- Supervise teams on-site, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high productivity levels.
- Oversee quality control processes by inspecting work for adherence to specifications and industry standards.

- Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in supervising large-scale projects.
- Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid or equivalent tools.
- Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, budgeting, and contract management within the construction industry.
- Extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols applicable to construction sites.
- Hands-on experience reading blueprints, schematics, and performing construction estimating tasks.
- Supervising teams with excellent management skills; previous leadership roles in construction environments are highly valued.
- Strong understanding of pipeline projects or heavy civil construction is a plus.
