Full Job Description

We help solve one of the biggest challenges in women's health surgeries-up to 90% of pelvic procedures result in adhesions, which can lead to chronic pain, infertility, and additional surgeries. Our advanced regenerative biologic technology is designed to eliminate this problem.

We're hiring experienced professionals with existing OBGYN surgeon relationships to introduce this innovative surgical biologic.

Each surgeon account on average generates approximately $7,500/month in commissions. Top performers earn $250,000–$1,000,000+ annually.

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate already has OBGYN surgeons in their phone who will take their call.

We're seeking professionals with established relationships in the OBGYN community—relationships strong enough to open doors immediately. If you're starting from zero physician relationships, this probably isn't the right opportunity.

Ideal backgrounds include:

Surgical Sales Representative
Medical Device Sales Representative
NP, PA, RN, First Assistant's
Operating Room Staff
Other OR-based healthcare professionals with strong OBGYN relationships

Current OR credentials are preferred but not required if they can be obtained.

The Opportunity

You'll introduce an advanced surgical biologic graft designed to help reduce post-operative adhesions and complications following many OBGYN procedures.

The product is easy for surgeons to learn, integrates naturally into existing surgical workflows, and requires minimal training. Most physicians can confidently begin using the product after a brief introduction.

Representatives attend the physician's first case to provide product support and ensure a successful implementation. Once adopted, the product typically requires very little to no ongoing OR case coverage, allowing you to focus on recruiting more surgeons and growing recurring commission income

Responsibilities

Introduce our surgical biologic products to OBGYN surgeons
Leverage existing physician relationships to establish new accounts
Attend surgeon's first case to provide product support
Coordinate with hospital materials manager to keep product stocked
Keep track of cases your surgeon used the product

Compensation

1099 Independent Contractor

100% commission-based compensation
No income cap
Full-time or part-time opportunity
Flexible schedule

Average active surgeon account generates approximately $7,500/month in commissions, no limit on the number of accounts you can have.

Successful representatives earn $250,000 to $1,000,000+ per year (top rep earns over $200,000 per month).

Existing relationships with OBGYN surgeons
Comfortable working in an operating room environment
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
