The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling properties, providing market analysis, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that all transactions are completed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Have knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Be familiar with the legal aspects of real estate transactions.
- Be able to negotiate and close deals with buyers and sellers.
- Be able to work with a variety of clients, including investors, first-time buyers, and sellers.
- Be knowledgeable about the current trends in the real estate market.
- Be able to effectively market properties to potential buyers.
- Be able to provide accurate information about properties and neighborhoods.

Pay: $94,470.00 - $112,558.00 per year
