Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented High End Home House Cleaner to provide exceptional cleaning and household maintenance services for upscale residences. In this role, you will ensure each home is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization. Your expertise will help create a pristine, welcoming environment that reflects the luxurious lifestyle of our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in elegant settings, delivering personalized cleaning solutions with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Duties

Perform comprehensive residential cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface polishing to maintain a spotless environment.
Handle specialized floor care tasks such as, hardwood polishing, and tile maintenance to preserve flooring quality.
Manage laundry duties including washing, folding, i and organizing linens with care and attention to detail.

Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas using appropriate cleaning agents.
Provide excellent customer service by understanding client preferences and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
Support housekeeper management by reporting maintenance issues, restocking supplies, and ensuring all cleaning equipment is properly maintained.

Experience

Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeper roles within luxury homes or high-end hospitality environments such as hotels or resorts.
Strong background in janitorial or custodial work with knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and sanitation standards.
Familiarity with floor care procedures including carpet cleaning, hardwood polishing, and tile maintenance.
Experience in laundry services with attention to fabric care and stain removal.
Prior work in hotel housekeeping management or upscale residential settings preferred.
Knowledge of various cleaning tools and products along with safety protocols for handling chemicals.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and courteously with clients.
