Full Job Description

Job Summary
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Pediatric Physical Therapist specializing in Early Intervention! In this vital role, you will deliver expert therapy services to infants and young children with developmental delays or disabilities, supporting their growth and fostering independence. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help families navigate their child's early developmental milestones, ensuring personalized care plans that promote optimal outcomes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families through compassionate, evidence-based therapy.

Duties

Provide individualized therapy tailored to each child and family's unique needs, incorporating early intervention best practices.
Collaborate with families and caregivers to educate them on strategies to support their child's development at home and in everyday routines.
Monitor progress regularly, adjusting therapy approaches as needed to ensure continuous improvement and achievement of developmental milestones.
Document therapy sessions, assessments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes accurately in compliance with agency standards.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Valid licensure or registration as a Pennsylvania Physical Therapist
Demonstrated experience working with pediatric populations
Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and pediatric development principles.
Experience with discharge planning, care plan development, and patient care documentation
Additional skills in home & community care experience
