Today Durastroke specializes in diesel pickups and heavy-duty engines... Powerstroke, Cummins, Duramax, Detroit, Cat, and more. Sales have doubled in the last two and a half years. A bigger facility is already in the works. And the team is growing.

SKILLS AND TRAITS THAT HELP YOU SHINE IN THIS ROLE:
- 3+ years of experience in a professional repair facility
- Diesel experience strongly preferred... Powerstroke, Cummins, or Duramax knowledge is a real plus
- Comfortable with service work, inspections, brakes, R&R transmissions, and tire work
- Pennsylvania State Inspection license is a plus... but not a dealbreaker
- You show up on time, do the work right, and don't need someone standing over your shoulder
- You're honest, reliable, and take pride in what you do
- You fit in a conservative, family-oriented workplace where character matters as much as skill
- Valid driver's license and your own tools
