Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure effective open flow of communication with customers and Camcraft team members
Responds to customer inquiries and problem solving in a professional and effective fashion
Monitors programs and procedures to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintains in-depth working knowledge of Camcraft systems and processes.
Assist in maintaining and monitoring electronic data interchange for established customers
Serve as liaison with manufacturing, engineering, and shipping personnel
Provides feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
Process change orders
Maintain detailed files for documentation
Monitor production order schedules and expedites delivery per customer requirements, expedites and tracks orders for customers
Operates Microsoft Office Software and ERP System
Provides leadership exercising discretion and independent judgment related to matters significant in managing customer relationships.
Follows established safety practices and requirements pertaining to the type of work involved.
Approves production jobs for closing
Other duties as assigned.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, i.e. Outlook, Excel and Word
Open to learning proprietary software programs for Camcraft (Epicor preferred, IQS & Sharepoint) and customers.
Proficient in verbal and email communication, working as the liaison between the company and customers.
Understanding of production helpful in working towards customer's needs and involving other departments as needed.
Detail and numbers oriented.
Great communication skills over the phone and in person.
Organized in completing projects and time management.
Order entry.
Forecast entry.
Quote entry.
Job entry.
Customer entry.
Part entry.
RMA processing.
Customer Logistics.
Customer requirements and forecast trends.
Epicor system (preferred) for tracking customer orders and production.
