Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cincinnati, OH for a Senior Project Manager. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and implementation of construction projects from start to finish. The day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, conducting inspections, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members, to achieve project goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and implementation of construction projects
- Skills in budget managing, buyout and budget forecasting
- Proficiency in conducting Inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in commercial, retail, or multifamily construction is a plus
- Procore certification and knowledge required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $80,985.07 - $100,000.00 per year
