About Us
Panalgo's mission is to improve healthcare through innovative analytics. Our platform, Instant Health Data (IHD), brings together researchers to generate insights into improving population health, quality of care, efficiency of medical research, and managing costs by transforming the way analysts from diverse disciplines answer critical questions and make insightful predictions. Panalgo provides novel solutions to allow the world's largest life science companies, health plans, and provider groups to better understand the clinical outcomes and value of various patient care strategies.
Now, Panalgo is proud to be part of Norstella, an organization that consists of market-leading pharmaceutical solutions providers united under one goal: to improve patient access to life-saving therapies. Within this organization, Panalgo plays a key role in helping clinical and commercial stakeholders understand the real-world implications of payer and prescriber behavior, and in helping clients connect the dots from pipeline to patient by leveraging our integrated real-world data asset, NorstellaLinQ.
The Role: HEOR Analytic Consultant
The HEOR Consulting Services team at Norstella is looking for a high-energy, motivated HEOR Analytic Consultant with a passion for real-world evidence and epidemiologic study design to join our growing Analytic Services team supporting Panalgo and IHD. This role supports our expanding portfolio of engagements across the pharmaceutical, medical device, and broader life sciences industries.
You will work directly with clients to design and execute a wide range of evidence-generation projects, including epidemiology studies, safety and regulatory analyses, health economics and outcomes research, healthcare resource utilization assessments, and market-access-focused work. Success in this role requires a strong foundation in epidemiologic methods, HEOR and HCRU analytics, and applied statistical methodology, along with excellent client communication and relationship-building skills and a solid understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem.

-
Establish and maintain relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing queries, collaborating to understand project requirements and objectives related to health data analysis.
-
Become an expert in Norstella’s products: the features, benefits, and applications of IHD and NorstellaLinQ, Norstella's fully integrated data asset combining real-world data and proprietary intelligence.
-
Translate complex technical analyses into clear, concise narratives tailored to diverse stakeholder audiences.
-
