Full Job Description

Rx.Me is an innovative telemedicine company currently working with 49 states and growing very quickly. We treat tens of thousands of patients every month. Our system is designed for easy and simple video conferencing, utilizing innovative technology that allows online direct-to-patient interaction required by state telemedicine laws.

Role:

The RN-NP Lead reports directly to the team Nurse Manager (NM)/Medical Director and acts as a liaison between staff nurse practitioners and management. Leads are the front-line resource for staff and are expected to be well-versed regarding educational information and processes. Leads communicate with members of leadership as well as members of other departments within the Florida Telehealth Medical Group team.

Full-time hourly, 36-40 hours per week

Responsibilities

Act as a primary resource and liaison for the Nurse Practitioner Team.
Train new hires, including managing the onboarding process.
Train existing staff members (e.g., providing education regarding new processes).
Monitor and respond promptly in appropriate communication channels.
Review and address multiple accounts cases.
Review, address, and escalate cases reported in team channels as appropriate.
Review and address the tickets escalated to the NP Leads inbox.
Complete interpreter calls.
Attend and lead applicable meetings.
Complete ad-hoc projects as assigned by leadership.
Perform a predetermined number of scheduled hours on the different platforms.
Review any patient-reported medical events related to our treatment.
Be available for standby assistance for any major releases involving, but not limited to, RTC and triage.

Requirements:

Active Registered Nursing License (with compact endorsement) required.
Related clinical experience required (minimum of 2 years preferred).
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Knowledge and experience working in Google Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, Forms, and Slides) or related platform (Excel).
Assigned leadership duties are Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 EST.
Weekend availability/work will be required based on team needs.
Flexibility is a strict requirement for this role.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain a productive workflow while working remotely.
Ability to collaborate with the other leads on the NP team, especially regarding lead duties and responsibilities, and to ensure adequate leadership coverage.
