What’s a typical day as Human Resources Investigator? You’ll be:

Investigating workplace complaints by taking statements from employees and preparing comprehensive case files, which includes interviewing the complainant, witnesses, and the person of interest (POI).
Maintaining appropriate documentation for investigations and managing employee data with the utmost confidentiality.
Supporting salaried personnel and ensuring compliance with all health and safety requirements for employees.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Hold a Bachelor’s Degree and possess 5 or more years of experience conducting complex employee investigations, including case management and interviewing.
Have 2 or more years of experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong typing skills to accurately document employee statements in real-time.
Are flexible with your schedule to accommodate evening or weekend investigations, and are comfortable working onsite at the Chicago Assembly Plant.
