We're looking for a driven, people-loving Insurance Sales Representative to grow with us. You'll connect with prospective clients, understand what matters most to them, and recommend the right coverage to protect it. This is a full-time, in-office position offering a base salary plus uncapped commission potential. If you're ambitious, coachable, and ready to grow, we'd love to meet you!

Compensation & Pay Transparency: This role offers a base salary of $35,000 per year plus uncapped commission. On average, new team members earn around $68,500 in total compensation in their first year (base plus commissions and bonuses). Our top earners made approximately $116,600 last year.

Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Requirements

Active Michigan Property & Casualty and/or Life insurance license preferred, or willingness to obtain one (we will help you get licensed).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and active-listening skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a sales environment.
Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience is a plus but not required.
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn agency management software.
High school diploma or equivalent; reliable and able to work full-time on-site in Lansing, MI.

Responsibilities

Respond to and follow up with incoming leads and prospective clients in a timely, professional manner.
Identify each client's needs and recommend appropriate auto, home, life, business, and other insurance products.
Quote, present, and close new policies while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships to encourage retention, referrals, and multi-policy bundles.
Accurately maintain client records and follow agency processes and compliance standards.
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and activity targets.
