Job Title: Data Entry Admin
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Data Entry Admin to join our client to support daily procurement operations and ensure accurate purchase order processing. This role plays a key part in maintaining data integrity, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers, and helping prevent supply disruptions. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast paced onsite environment. This is a temporary position based in Moorestown, NJ and requires onsite presence.
Compensation:
$20.00 to $23.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities of the Data Entry Admin:

Manage the full purchase order process, including order placement, updates, and discrepancy resolution to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Communicate with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to track order status, resolve issues, and provide updates on delays or changes
Monitor open orders and validate key details such as pricing, quantities, and delivery timelines, updating systems as needed
Support inventory continuity by handling backorders, identifying alternative products, and coordinating with receiving teams
Assist with returns, credits, product recalls, and vendor research to maintain efficient procurement operations

Qualifications and Skills for the Data Entry Admin:

At least one year of experience in an administrative or office support role within a corporate environment
Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
Solid attention to detail with strong organizational and data entry accuracy skills
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
High school diploma required; an associate degree or related education is preferred
