Delta Projects is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to fill the role of Strategic Projects Coordinator. Reporting directly to the Director of Quality and Improvement, this position offers a unique opportunity for a recent college grad or experienced project coordinator to be at the forefront of driving critical initiatives that contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Position Summary:

As Strategic Projects Coordinator, you will drive and coordinate key strategic and operational initiatives that support organizational objectives. This role serves as a central point of coordination for project planning, execution, and performance tracking, including systems implementation and support, data collection, metrics, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include defining project scope, aligning initiatives with business priorities, managing stakeholder relationships, and monitoring key performance indicators to enhance operational efficiency, profitability, and overall organizational performance. This position is well suited for a professional who combines strong project management and analytical capabilities with strategic thinking and operational discipline.

Essential Functions:

Assist and oversee a diverse range of strategic projects, including systems implementations, process improvements, and reporting initiatives.
Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and delivery of key milestones.
Facilitate cross-functional efforts on critical initiatives and special projects, ensuring seamless coordination among teams. Build and maintain strong relationships to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
Monitor strategic goals and objectives, providing valuable insights and recommendations. Ensure all projects are directly aligned with Delta Projects' strategic goals and objectives. Provide regular analysis and recommendations to maximize the return on investment and overall profitability of initiatives.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to support strategic decision-making and enhance project efficiency.
Track and manage meeting minutes, action items, and project deliverables. Ensure clear communication and documentation of project progress.
Perform administrative tasks crucial for the successful execution of projects, contributing to overall project effectiveness.
Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Communicate project updates, milestones, and potential challenges to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Develop and present training materials for new system implementation, contributing to end-user proficiency.
Identify and troubleshoot end-user issues, working collaboratively with the appropriate team members to resolve issues affecting project scope, quality, effort, risk, and timelines.
Develop, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for each project. Use data-driven insights to measure progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure projects are contributing to the organization's financial and operational targets.
Assist in the development and maintenance of organizational policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills

· High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office Applications

· Proficiency with data management and report generation

· Excellent organizational and time management skills

· Excellent written and verbal skills and strong interpersonal skills

· Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
