As a Cook 2 you will love all things food and want to be part of a kitchen team that works together to plate up tasty, fresh, good looking dishes. We are looking for flexible and dedicated people who enjoy being part of a team. Our line cooks support Pembroke Restaurant, our three-meal restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, In room dining, Doyle Bar, banquets and the team Cafe. Line cooks are responsible for preparing food items according to recipe and menu instruction, while maintaining a clean and neat environment.

We are seeking enthusiastic, well rounded and talented candidates that can work a flexible schedule schedule of both am and pm shifts based on business need.

The Dupont Circle Hotel in Washington DC is a luxury property located right on Dupont Circle in the nation's capital. Newly renovated the hotel has 327 chicly styled and luxuriously appointed guest rooms, with 12 bespoke penthouse suites located on the 9th floor of the hotel. Home to Pembroke Restaurant and Doyle Bar, the property also boasts almost 10,000 square feet of meeting and event space.
