What You'll Do.
Depending on your interests and experience, your work may include:
- Meeting directly with clients and providing practical legal guidance
- Drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents
- Assisting clients with probate and trust administration
- Representing buyers, sellers, lenders, and businesses in real estate transactions
- Drafting and reviewing purchase agreements, deeds, leases, and related documents
- Handling civil litigation matters from initial filing through resolution
- Conducting legal research and preparing pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Appearing at court hearings, mediations, and depositions
- Working closely with experienced attorneys who are committed to mentoring and professional development
What We're Looking For
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Minnesota or eligible for admission
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple matters while providing outstanding client service
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in estate planning, real estate, or litigation is welcomed but not required

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
