Job Summary:
Mammoth Overland is seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our 2nd shift production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining press brake machines to fabricate precision metal components for our industry-leading adventure trailers. If you have a keen eye for detail, experience in metal fabrication, and a passion for high-quality craftsmanship, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC and manual press brake machines to bend, shape, and form metal components.

Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings to ensure accurate production.

Adjust machine settings, tooling, and tolerances to meet specifications and quality standards.

Conduct routine quality checks on finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.

Perform basic machine maintenance and ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.

Work efficiently to meet production goals and deadlines while maintaining safety protocols.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify and resolve production issues.

Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and lean manufacturing principles.
Qualifications & Skills:
✔ 1+ years of experience operating a press brake in a manufacturing or fabrication environment (preferred).
✔ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
✔ Familiarity with CNC programming (a plus, but not required).
✔ Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
✔ Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
✔ Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality control.
✔ Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
