Job Title: Verification Coach
Department: Enrollment Management Services
Location: Remote
Reports to: EMS Manager
(Salary range: $16.83 - $19.23/hr)
Who You Are
The Verification Coach is an entry level position responsible for managing outreach to prospective students of EducationDynamics’ partner institutions. Once contacted, the Verification Coach is responsible for confirming the prospective student’s personal identifiable information and interest in a specific program. This process involves a short conversation of 3-5 minutes. Once verified, the Coach will transfer the prospective student to the partner institution and move on to the next call.
The typical Coach will handle 400+ calls per day and may verify prospective students for multiple partner institutions. Providing accurate and compliant program information is critical.
The General Expectations:

Manage outbound and inbound calls across multiple client institutions, averaging 400+ calls per day.

Enthusiastically engage with prospective students to build excitement about speaking with a partner institution.

Follow conversation outlines to ensure compliance and accurate product information is communicated with the prospective student.

Work quickly, with mindfulness, across multiple partner institutions, with various programs, in a typical day.

Escalate unique prospective student concerns to manager as needed

Use email and Microsoft Teams to communicate as needed.

Consistently implement coaching and performance feedback provided through a variety of channels including manager coaching sessions, peer development groups, and partner feedback.

Maintain all compliance expectations in communicating program information and documenting student interactions.
