Position Overview
The Account Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day planning, execution, and performance of direct response advertising campaigns for assigned clients. Acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor, this role serves as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring campaigns are executed successfully while identifying opportunities for growth and long-term partnership.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing multiple priorities, driving performance, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of client, brand, product, and campaign management, including client communication, account maintenance, and overall program delivery.
- Develop campaign plans, budgets, performance targets, and strategic recommendations.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all account activity and performance metrics.
- Manage client documentation, including contracts, plans, approvals, and communications.
- Monitor campaign budgets and ensure financial objectives are achieved.
- Lead recurring client meetings to review performance, discuss initiatives, and strengthen partnerships.
- Prepare and distribute client call notes, meeting recaps, and action items.
- Proactively communicate client feedback, opportunities, and concerns to leadership.
- Partner closely with Operations and internal teams to ensure campaign deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Provide regular account updates to senior leadership, including performance, budget management, client satisfaction, and team effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to improve client performance, retention, and overall account growth.
- Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2–8 years of experience in marketing, account management, client services, or a related field within a multi-channel environment.
- Knowledge of online advertising, digital marketing, and search engine marketing.
- Experience with online lead generation, customer acquisition, and performance marketing preferred.
- Strong project management and organizational skills; experience with project management tools is a plus.
- Ability to lead meetings, manage priorities, and drive accountability.
- Excellent analytical, budgeting, negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and spreadsheets.
- Comfortable communicating with senior-level stakeholders, including Vice Presidents, C-suite executives, and other decision-makers.
- Strong client-facing presence with the confidence to represent the company professionally.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
