Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Physician or Nurse Practitioner with multi-state licensure to join our telemedicine team. This energetic role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, accessible healthcare services remotely across multiple states. As a key member of our healthcare delivery network, you will deliver comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans—all from the comfort of your own workspace. Your expertise will help bridge gaps in care, improve patient outcomes, and support diverse populations. This position is ideal for motivated professionals eager to make a meaningful impact through telehealth innovation and flexible practice.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough virtual patient assessments utilizing telehealth platforms to gather medical histories, labs, and current health concerns.
Diagnose a wide range of acute and chronic conditions across various age groups.
Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, including medication management, lifestyle counseling, and follow-up care coordination.
Manage electronic health records (EHR) systems and compliance to HIPAA regulations.
Provide patient education on disease prevention, medication administration, and health coaching tailored to individual needs.
Ensure accurate documentation of all clinical encounters using for compliance purposes.

Skills

Valid multi-state Physician or Nurse Practitioner license. No Physician Assistants please.
Have experience in HRT, weight loss, peptide therapy, thyroid management, sexual wellness, women's health, men's health, hair loss or related services.
Prefer telehealth experience with proficiency in EMR/EHR systems.
Strong clinical skills in patient assessment and diagnostic evaluation across diverse medical disciplines.
Ability to manage acute pain cases effectively within a telehealth setting while demonstrating excellent communication skills and case management.
