We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled Technical Project Manager to support our design team by developing construction documents, managing project information, and coordinating project execution from concept through completion.
Position Overview
The Technical Project Manager works closely with designers to transform approved concepts into accurate technical drawings and project documentation. This role is ideal for a highly organized individual with strong Revit and drafting skills who enjoys problem-solving, managing project details, and collaborating with a team.
The successful candidate will serve as a key project resource, ensuring drawings, specifications, schedules, and project information are accurate, organized, and delivered on time.
Primary Responsibilities
- Create and maintain detailed project drawings and construction documentation using Revit.
- Translate design concepts developed by the design team into accurate technical drawings and project documents.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and other project documentation required for construction and installation.
- Coordinate project information between designers, vendors, contractors, architects, and clients as needed.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on track.
- Maintain organized project records, documentation, correspondence, and drawing revisions.
- Review drawings and project information for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Assist with gathering technical information, product specifications, dimensions, and field verification data.
- Participate in internal project meetings and communicate project updates to team members.
- Support project execution by proactively identifying and resolving coordination issues.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance project efficiency and accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, drafting, residential design documentation, interior architecture, architecture, or related fields.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and technical drawing production.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $99,000.00 per year
