Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues ensuring timely and accurate repairs.
Maintain detailed records of repairs, including parts used.
This often includes loading firmware.
Perform tests & quality checks on repaired products to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

AA or AS Degree, or equivalent hands-on progressive and relevant experience.
2+ years in a professional Audio Visual or related industry.
Working knowledge of digital and analog circuits.
Knowledge of using oscilloscopes and other test equipment.
Ability to read and understand schematics/drawings.
Experience with component level troubleshooting.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong attention to detail, highly organized, computer literate.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced production environment.

Salary Range: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour. Pay may vary depending on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
