We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who thrives on building trusted partnerships, improving recruiting operations, and leveraging technology to create an outstanding hiring experience.
This is a highly hands-on leadership role that blends recruiting, operations, and strategy. You'll lead one Recruiter while continuing to recruit for key positions yourself, partnering closely with leaders across the organization to influence hiring decisions, improve processes, and drive continuous innovation.

***This position is fully onsite during the first six months to support relationship building, team collaboration, and business integration. After six months, the role becomes eligible for our hybrid work schedule based on performance.***
Your Role in Our Mission:
- Lead day-to-day recruiting operations while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and speed.
- Develop and refine recruiting processes, workflows, and best practices.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring leaders, becoming a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.
- Coach and support one direct report while helping elevate recruiting excellence across the team.
- Monitor recruiting metrics and use data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to continuously enhance the hiring experience.
- Manage a portfolio of professional, leadership, and hard-to-fill requisitions.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and deliver top talent.
- Conduct recruiter screens, manage candidate pipelines, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience from intake through offer.
- Evaluate and implement recruiting technology that improves efficiency and candidate experience.
- Manage and optimize hiring assessments and selection tools.
- Partner with vendors on integrations and recruiting technology enhancements.
- Lead strategic Talent Acquisition projects that improve scalability and operational effectiveness.
- Explore and implement AI solutions that enhance sourcing, screening, scheduling, analytics, and recruiter productivity.
- Live and model The FAIRWINDS Way values in everything you do.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience recruiting professional and leadership-level positions.
- 2+ years of Talent Acquisition leadership or team lead experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience leading recruiting operations and process improvement initiatives.
- Experience building strong partnerships with hiring leaders and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience implementing or managing hiring assessments.
- Experience with recruiting technology integrations and ATS optimization.
- Experience leveraging AI tools within Talent Acquisition.
- Contact Center recruiting experience preferred.
- Experience developing and tracking recruiting KPIs and analytics.
