Overview
We are seeking an experienced Flexographic Graphics Project Coordinator to join our team. This position serves as the communication hub between brand owners (CPG companies), printers, converters, their sales department, and Fine Line Graphics to ensure artwork moves efficiently from concept to press.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the flexographic printing process, and has experience reviewing artwork files to ensure they are production-ready.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate artwork projects from initiation through final production.
- Serve as the primary point of communication between Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies, converters, printers and their sales department, and Fine Line Graphics.
- Manage project schedules, timelines, and critical deadlines while keeping all stakeholders informed.
- Track multiple projects simultaneously and proactively identify potential delays or conflicts.
- Review incoming artwork files using Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
- Preflight artwork files to verify they meet flexographic printing requirements before production.
- Ensure files are complete, accurate, and prepared according to customer and press specifications.
- Coordinate revisions, approvals, and production releases.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and job status updates.
- Work closely with internal production teams to ensure on-time delivery and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in the flexographic printing, packaging, or flexographic prepress.
- Strong understanding of the flexographic printing process.
- Experience working with packaging artwork files.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Acrobat
- Adobe Photoshop (preferred)
- Ability to review and preflight files for print production.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize changing deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
