Full Job Description

Job Overview

A client local to Philadelphia is seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical Reconciliation Specialist to join their finance team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data through meticulous account reconciliation processes.

Duties

Perform cash and account reconciliation activities to support financial accuracy and reporting.
Analyze financial data, research discrepancies, and resolve transaction-related issues.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the integrity of financial records and system processes.
Assist with audit support, compliance requirements, and maintenance of supporting documentation.
Contribute to process improvements and provide support for operational and financial inquiries.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in account reconciliation
Strong understanding of accounting concepts including debits & credits, journal entries, double-entry bookkeeping, and general ledger reconciliation.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data accurately and efficiently.

Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
