Full Job Description

Fluid Systems Engineer / CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift
Job Type: 12-Month Contract
Pay: $65–$72/hr W2, depending on experience
Interviews: 2-Step Video Interview Process
Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking Fluid Systems Engineers to support aerospace fluid systems design, layout, integration, and product definition work. This role is fully onsite in Fort Worth, TX and will support new project work involving aircraft fluid systems, ECS/propulsion interfaces, tubing, ducting, and CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE design.

Responsibilities:

Conduct trade studies to optimize form, fit, and function of aerospace fluid systems.
Develop detailed system layouts and airframe integration in CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE.
Create experimental and production digital product definition for components, assemblies, and installations.
Define dimensions, materials, processes, and configuration requirements for engineering release.
Ensure designs meet technical specifications, performance standards, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define and validate ECS and propulsion interfaces with adjacent systems and aircraft structures.
Support model and drawing checking, engineering part/model release, and engineering change processes.

Required Experience:

Minimum of 500 hours using CATIA V5, CATIA V6, or CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE / 3DX.
Experience with aerospace fluid systems design and integration.
Experience with high-pressure and low-pressure metallic tubing and ducting.
Experience with composite ducting.
Knowledge of fabrication methods for tubing, ducting, and fluid system components.
Experience with ASME Y14.100 drawings and ASME Y14.5 GD&T.
Experience supporting model checking, drawing checking, engineering release, and engineering change processes.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional engineering teams.

Preferred Background:

Aerospace, aircraft, defense, or advanced airframe systems experience.
Experience with ECS, propulsion interfaces, fuel systems, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, or environmental control systems.
Strong CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE design and product definition experience.

Requirements:

Must be able to work onsite in Fort Worth, TX.
Must be able to complete a 2-step video interview process.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $65–$72/hr W2, depending on experience. Available benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, and a 401(k) plan. Employees may also be eligible for paid leave, including paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
