Bilingual Onsite Recruiter

Brooklyn, NY | $22.50/hour + Bonus | Weekly Pay

Schedule:

Friday-Tuesday 9am-6pm

Sunday-Thursday 6am-3pm

Reports To: Regional Manager

Be the person who makes the whole operation run

What you'll actually do

This is a hands-on, people-first role based right at the client site. No two days look the same, and that's the fun of it. You'll be the go-to contact for clients and associates alike, owning everything from first hello to ongoing check-ins.

A typical week includes:

Building real relationships with local clients and job seekers, and being the first call for staffing needs, placements, and day-to-day support

Reviewing resumes, sizing up candidates, and spotting the right fit for each open role

Teaming up with recruiters and leadership to hit hiring goals and stay ahead of workforce needs

Getting out there at job fairs and community events to keep a strong pipeline of talent flowing

Running onboarding start to finish, including background checks, new hire paperwork, and making sure everything is complete and compliant

Owning first-day logistics so every new hire has a smooth, welcoming start

Processing timecards and reviewing hours so payroll goes out accurate and on time

Checking in regularly with clients and associates to keep everyone happy and catch issues before they grow

What we're looking for

High school diploma or equivalent required. An associate or bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is a plus

1 to 2 years in staffing, recruiting, HR, or administrative support (agency experience is a big bonus)

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Strong communication skills and the kind of natural rapport that puts people at ease fast

Sharp organization and the ability to juggle priorities without dropping the ball

Comfortable with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, plus experience with an ATS

Confident running interviews in person and over the phone, with real attention to detail

A proactive, figure-it-out mindset that works just as well solo as on a team
