This leadership opportunity is ideal for a dynamic and results-oriented senior living professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional resident experiences, building engaged teams, and driving operational excellence. The Executive Director will oversee all aspects of community operations, ensuring outstanding resident care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and employee engagement while fostering a culture of service, accountability, and compassion.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all community operations.
- Ensure exceptional resident care, service delivery, and overall satisfaction.
- Drive occupancy growth through partnership with sales and marketing teams.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor department leaders and community staff.
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, referral partners, and the local community.
- Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor quality assurance initiatives and implement operational best practices.
- Partner with regional leadership to execute strategic objectives and achieve community goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience within senior living.
- Proven success managing community operations, budgets, and team performance.
- Strong understanding of senior living regulations and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong financial acumen and operational management experience.
- Ability to balance resident satisfaction, employee engagement, and business performance.
- Results-driven leader with exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Administrator licensure, where required by state regulations, is preferred or must be obtainable.
