Job Description

As a Warehouse Operative, you will become an integral part of our Logistics team, supporting our manufacturing operations and ensuring materials are available when needed. This is not a traditional warehouse role where you will spend your entire day operating a forklift. As a material handler you will have the opportunity to perform a variety of tasks, stay active, learn new skills, and work as part of a supportive team. Training will be provided, and day-to-day duties will include the following:
- Receive, organize, and distribute materials entering and leaving the warehouse
- Communicate with the Supply Chain Department to coordinate incoming materials and assist with material movement when required
- Support Production and Packing Departments by ensuring materials are delivered accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory levels by entering information into the E8 ERP system and conducting periodic physical stock counts
- Operate forklifts and scissor lifts to safely transport products and materials when required (forklift operation is only one part of this role)
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries and maintaining an organized warehouse environment
- Drive vehicles for inter-site transfers and external supplier collection
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations in the workplace
Qualifications
Must have:
- Highly motivated and hardworking with a positive attitude
- Enjoys staying active and working in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to the requirements of working within a small team with a willingness to meet time-sensitive deadlines and occasional weekend hours
- Able to prioritize tasks in order to maintain an effective operation and accurate warehouse
- Experience using ERP systems, as well as basic Microsoft Office applications, is preferred
- Enthusiastic, with a good work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently
- Numerate and able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
· Physically capable of performing material handling duties, including regularly lifting and moving items weighing 10–35 lbs.
- Have a valid U.S. driver’s license
This is not a remote position
Job Type: Full-time 2nd shift 1:00pm to 9:00pm
Pay: $18.50 per hour
