Full Job Description

Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies, is thrilled to partner with our client on an exciting opportunity to hire a dynamic Program Manager, Sr. working in non-profit services. The Senior Program Manager oversees all aspects of the program statewide, including budgeting, funding coordination, program operations, staff leadership, and compliance with funder requirements and agency policies to ensure high-quality services and achievement of program goals.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and oversight for program operations, ensuring trauma-informed, participant-centered services that meet program goals, funder requirements, and agency policies.
Recruit, hire, train, coach, supervise, and support staff and volunteers while promoting professional development, accountability, and adequate program coverage.
Monitor program budgets, participant eligibility, financial assistance, documentation, data reporting, and compliance with grant and organizational requirements.
Oversee participant services, including intake, assessment, housing orientation, lease-up, case coordination, outreach, and referrals to ensure quality service delivery and housing stability.
Foster collaborative partnerships, maintain expertise in justice-involved and homelessness resources, uphold the Social Work Code of Ethics, and support the overall mission and objectives of the program.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in social work, Human Services, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Demonstrated management and supervisory experience, with a proven ability to lead teams and successfully develop and implement large-scale projects.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based data management systems, with advanced skills in Excel and electronic documentation.
Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals and families experiencing homelessness or other vulnerable populations
Valid Colorado driver’s license and current state-required automobile insurance.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position starts at $65,000 per year. Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities, including work experience.
